Order
Hot Lunch is available approximately every two weeks with varying vendors. Treat days are also available a couple times per month.
Due to vendor requests, we will be closing orders eight days prior to food delivery this year. As an example: for Hot Lunch on Wednesday, October 4, ordering is open until Tuesday, September 26 at 11:59pm.
After April 2, 2024, we will only be accepting credit card payments through Munch-a-Lunch or e-transfer payments to westlangleypacfunds@gmail.com.
Volunteer
Hot Lunch Classroom Delivery
Hot Lunch cannot happen without parent/guardian volunteers.
Thank you for taking the time to check the schedule below and for signing up to come out and help make this wonderful program happen for our kids!
This year we are asking volunteers to meet in the PAC room around 12:05 to get organized and head to the classes for when the kids come in to eat at 12:10. As the kids get settled in their classrooms, volunteers will hand out the food. This should only take about 5-10 mins. Total time requirement is around 30 min or less.
It would be ideal to have two volunteers per class, especially for the younger grades. Therefore you will see for each hot lunch date there are two spots available to fill. However, one volunteer per class would be sufficient. If your preferred class is already taken, please consider taking on a class that still needs a volunteer.
